YOOBIC was founded in 2014 by three brothers, Fabrice, Gilles and Avi Haiat, who have worked together for 15+ years.

The brothers are experienced entrepreneurs, having previously launched three start-ups including Vizelia, which focused on the monitoring of energy consumption and was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2010. We currently have a team of about 80 people working with clients across the globe.

What you will do

The Position
Yoobic is looking for a confirmed Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in our Paris office. The AM is responsible for the development and growth of a dedicated portoflio of accounts within the French market, improving client satisfaction, retention and expansion of Yoobic solutions across our client base.

What You will do

  • Manage the growth of the global portfolio client base, including upselling and cross selling Yoobic products
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business challenges to evaluate customer growth needs, opportunities and offer appropriate solutions
  • Act as the primary account owner, developing a deep understanding of the clients business and forming strong client relationships.
  • Act as Executive level client relationship manager
  • Operate as the customer’s trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Increase growth, ensure renewal and deliver satisfaction to customers
  • Follows best practices in sales processes/procedures
  • Cooperate with our different to make client succesfull (Marketing, Success Managers, Sales Executive..)

What we are looking for

  • Graduated a Master’s Degree in Business, Consultancy or Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of experience ideally in the software industry
  • Proven sales track record selling B2B SaaS Entreprise Solution
  • Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CMO's & CTO's)
  • Strong communication and creative problem solving skills. A previous customer facing experience is a must
  • Self-motivated, highly detail oriented and takes initiative
  • Creativity, Integrity, Team player
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
  • English fluency – any additional languages will be a great asset in the context of international expansion and working with international clients
  • Flexible travel schedule
