Job Description

What we need...

We’re looking for a process driven and highly-motivated Business Development Representative to join our Team in our Paris office. You will be working with our team of experienced sales people in Paris, who have successfully built-up their pipeline and signed nice deals.

What you do

  • Work with Sales Managers to profile a dedicated target list of contacts and accounts
  • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, calls, social selling, etc) to generate qualified leads and achieve your monthly & quarterly quota
  • Handle qualifying calls from inbound & outbound leads
  • Understand customer needs and buying cycle to gather key prospect information, generate interest and bring in successful customers
  • Follow up all marketing campaigns to generate and qualify leads in an effective manner
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Support Sales Managers during initial stages of sales process

Preferred Experience

What you have...

  • 1 to 2 years experience in Sales Developement
  • Excited, highly-motivated, and driven to get into a career in SaaS sales
  • Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies and be keen to build something new
  • Understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease
  • Think commercially and be able to creatively spot opportunities
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter and passionate about driving growth
  • Thirst to learn and develop your skills and take feedback well
  • Love building new relationships and working collaboratively
  • Well organized, autonomous and able to prioritize work efficiently
  • You speak French and English
