What you will do

We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to play an important role in the growth of YOOBIC.
You will work in close collaboration with the Customer Success, Project and Product teams by helping customers use the solution and using the feedback obtained to improve the apps and the support tools.

Your role:

· Help customers to use the apps and utilise all features that YOOBIC provide
· Organise and manage ticketing tool, help portals and support tools
· Work closely with Customer Success & Project Managers to provide detailed reports for each client
· Identify and report bugs/issues and help the Product & Development teams to correct them
· Process customer feedback in order to propose application developments/improvements

What we are looking for

Ideal personality and experience:

· You are passionate about start-ups, digital and new technologies
· Experience in support or community management
· Resourceful, proactive and able to act upon initiative
· Ability to work independently or as a team
· Good interpersonal skills and strong oral and written communication skills
· Highly organised with great attention to detail, to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once
· Ability to work in an international environment
· Languages: *Fluent French & English required * Other Languages such as Italian, Spanish, German, or Chinese a plus
