Job Description

The Role
We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Event Marketing Executive to take care of the planning and execution of our internal and external events. As our Event Marketing Executive, you’ll be working closely with the rest of the Marketing team and other key departments (Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Customer Success) to support and deliver a program of events that build the brand and drive sales performance, covering planning, advertising, promotion, event management, and evaluation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone junior/ with internship experience in Event Management and is seeking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-growing business.

What you’ll do

  • Identify relevant external events and trade shows globally for YOOBIC
  • Prepare and negotiate various event sponsorships and contracts
  • Liaise and brief relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding o,f and the smooth delivery of, the requirements for each event
  • Manage event budgets and track events ROIs
  • Communicate with marketing team and graphics team for any unique advertising or marketing printed materials to ensure branding and content consistency
  • Help create social media designs for each event and work collaboratively with the Marketing team to plan content for each show
  • Create various collaterals and campaigns to promote our presence at events
  • Assist in developing content for adverts and arranging sponsorship collateral requirements for each event

Preferred Experience

What you’ll bring to the team

  • University degree, preference for Marketing, Event Management, Business, etc.
  • Fluent French AND English to business level (essential - you will be organizing various events also in France as well as working with teams in our Paris office)
  • Confident using Excel
  • Experience of budget planning
  • Experience in e-mail marketing
  • Experience using HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation tool
  • Inquisitive, creative, and proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Exceptional organization and ability to juggle many projects at one time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to travel
