Job Description

What we need...
We are looking for an energetic Field Marketing and ABM Manager to create awareness and account-based marketing (ABM) demand generation programs for YOOBIC’s enterprise solutions in North America. In this role, you will be working closely with a fast-growing sales and BDR team to build a successful, sustainable pipeline of leads andcustomers in North America. The ideal candidate is customer driven and able to build strong partnerships with the North America sales and BDR teammates.

What you will do...

  • Develop and execute the regional Marketing Plan based on the overall company growth strategy to deliver pipeline within target accounts across multiple verticals including retail, hospitality, QSR
  • Execute integrated, industry and target account specific campaigns coordinating all marketing channels, including inbound marketing tactics like email and social media, paid advertising, and events with outbound tactics and BDR outreach to acquire target accounts
  • Optimize and coordinate with the regional business development and sales teams all touchpoints from top to bottom-of-funnel
  • Utilize ABM platforms like 6Sense to support account-based marketing regional activities
  • Plan and host physical and virtual events to attract prospects and accelerate the sales funnel
  • Master YOOBIC’s value proposition and messaging, adapt it for targeted verticals and accounts as needed in assets, landing pages, nurture email sequences, PowerPoint presentations...
  • Work closely with the global digital marketing team and contribute to best practices for optimizing marketing touchpoints across the funnel stages
  • Measure, analyze and report on all campaign results and ROI. Utilize metrics to recommend future plans and programs based on results

Preferred Experience

What you have...

  • Bachelor or Master level degree in marketing, communications or business administration
  • 3-5+ years of enterprise field marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS or Retail business in the US
  • Proven success in building impactful integrated marketing programs driving awareness and demand
  • Strong abilities in digital marketing and ABM tactics using MAP and ABM platforms such as HubSpot and 6Sense
  • Good experience working closely with business development and sales teams on account-based marketing execution
  • Efficient, detail oriented and organized, excel at multi-tasking
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Objectives-driven, with commitment to deliver against MQL, SAL and pipelinetargets
  • Passion and commitment to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture of innovation, collaboration and quality of execution.
