YOOBIC was founded in 2014 by three brothers, Fabrice, Gilles and Avi Haiat, who have worked together for 15+ years.

The brothers are experienced entrepreneurs, having previously launched three start-ups including Vizelia, which focused on the monitoring of energy consumption and was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2010. We currently have a team of about 100 people working with clients across the globe.

At YOOBIC, there are 17 different nationalities and more than 10 different languages are spoken in our offices! YOOBIC has offices in London, New York City, Paris and Tel Aviv and is fully backed by two of the most prestigious European and American VC firms, Felix Capital and Insight Partners.

What you will do

• Leading the Business Development function of a disruptive global SaaS company.
• Setting up and executing the BD team operations, including recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
• Writing and implementing the inbound and outbound sales playbook.
• Working closely with CRO and Heads of Sales to shape the company's sales growth strategy.

Responsibilities in detail

  • Overseeing the day to day management of the Business Development team. • Recruiting and training BD team members. • Implementing proven, growth-oriented business development processes. • Implementing and devising creative strategies for driving lead growth through the business. • Setting targets and tracking performance for the business development representatives and business development managers. • Working closely with members of the team to generate new business within target accounts. • Implementing sales incentives to drive SQL performance within the team. • Acting as a key contact when prospecting and qualifying opportunities for large target accounts. • Forming strategic partnerships with other companies to leverage their existing networks. • Setting ambitious but achievable SQL targets for the business development managers. • Collaborating with Heads of Sales on a daily basis, ensuring lead generation initiatives and targets are aligned to Sales team message and focus. • Working with the marketing team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business teams.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years experience working in a Business Development role for a similar tech B2B SaaS company, to enterprise/large international corporations (Executives, IT management and other decision-makers).
• 2+ years experience managing an inside sales team
• Charismatic people person.
