What you will do

The Position
Yoobic is looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in our new Sao Paulo office. The Account Manager is responsible for the development and growth of a dedicated portoflio of accounts within the Brazil and wider LATAM market, improving client satisfaction, retention and expansion of YOOBIC solutions across our client base.

What You will do

  • Manage the growth of the global portfolio client base, including upselling and cross selling YOOBIC products
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business challenges to evaluate customer growth needs, opportunities and offer appropriate solutions
  • Act as the primary account owner, developing a deep understanding of the clients business and forming strong client relationships
  • Act as Executive level client relationship manager
  • Operate as the customer’s trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Increase growth, ensure renewal and deliver satisfaction to customers
  • Follow best practices in sales processes/procedures
  • Cooperate with our different internal departments to make our clients successful (Marketing, Success Managers, Sales Executive..)

What we are looking for

  • Graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business, Consultancy or Engineering
  • 5 to 7 years of experience ideally in the software industry
  • Proven sales track record selling B2B SaaS Enterprise Solutions
  • Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CMO's & CTO's)
  • Strong communication and creative problem solving skills. Previous customer facing experience is a must
  • Self-motivated, highly detail oriented and takes initiative
  • Creativity, Integrity, Team player
  • Must thrive in a dynamic, challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible travel schedule Language Skills: Fluent Portugese and English Language skills required Additional language skills beneficial
