Job Description

What we need…
We are looking for a Professional Services Architect to join our team in our London Headquarters.

We are not only looking for a person that has experience and subject matter expertise, but also someone that is highly collaborative, innovative and versatile with the ability to understand and design complex project schemes.

You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals.

Preferred Experience

What you'll do…

  • Own Statement of work template: create and maintain every aspect of our features scoping (technical description, limitations, steps to deploy and configure by operations team), own maintenance and evolution of the description of project scheme and associated services
  • Own overall Statement of Work process, including translation of the template in the languages required
  • Align with product team on every novelty to establish configuration effort and technical limitations
  • Own Professional services price sheet model: Maintain man-days detail and description in the model for every service, add in the model scoping for new features & products, create/adapt templates to potential new project schemes
  • Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to adapt the Statement of work on professional services description for key and/or custom projects (new features, PoCs, etc.)
  • Represent the Customer Implementation team in new product launches (attend internal committees, work closely with the Client Implementation team, etc…)

Finally, you will also act as Project Manager on specific projects:

  • Own overall implementation process including project planning in collaboration with your clients
  • Collect client business, functional and technical requirements, design right configuration set-up for implementation of the YOOBIC suite of products
  • Organize and moderate workshops around transformation best-practices (change management, production governance, process re-engineering).
  • Define high-level strategy and target model with clients to ensure long-term adoption of the Solution and satisfaction

What you have…

  • Experience of Project Management in Software Development coupled with either an Implementation or consulting background
  • Experience of scoping complex software implementations and of statements of work adaptation
  • You are passionate about start-ups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies
  • You understand new concepts quickly and are able to explain them with ease
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to any audience, ranging from teammates to business executives
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A thirst to learn and develop your skills and take feedback well
  • You will enjoy building new relationships and working collaboratively

Extra dose of awesome if you have…

  • Fluency in both English and French (additional languages are always welcome, especially Portuguese or Spanish!)
  • A technical and/or analytical education (eg: Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Finance, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, etc.)
