Job Description

The Role
YOOBIC is looking for a process driven and creative sales person to join our growing team in our London Headquarters. You will be joining our team of experienced sales people in London, who have built and run successful startup sales teams before.

The Role involves being a big part of the future of YOOBIC. The successful candidate will have a huge impact on the future of the team and the company, and your success will help shape the success of the company as we continue to drive our growth both in the UK and across the world.

What you will do
• Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaigns
• Run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation, to pitching the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals, with guidance & support from our senior team and Head of Sales
• Focus on targeting the world's leading and most recogniseable brand name clients
• Report on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target
• Manage the growth of the global portfolio client base, including upselling and cross selling YOOBIC products
• Work with Customer Implementation, Customer Success and Account Management teams to assist in the implementation and adoption of our solution by our clients

Preferred Experience

What you’ll bring to the team
• Experience working in a Sales focused position managing a full sales cycle
• Consistent track record of achievement throughout your sales career
• You will be passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies and keen to build something new
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease
• You will think commercially and be able to creatively spot opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self starter and self motivated mentality, with passion for driving growth
• You will have a thirst to learn and develop your skills and take feedback well
• Native English language skills, additional language skills always welcome in an international environment
• You will thrive at building new relationships
