Job Description

The Role
We're growing our enterprise sales team and looking for senior sales people to join us in bringing YOOBIC to enterprise customers across EMEA. You'll be joining our team of experienced sales people in our London HQ.

This is a hunter-focused individual contributor role - so you'll be someone who has experience of running a full end-to-end complex SaaS sales cycle. In addition to being process driven, creative, a strong problem-solver, and apt at solution-selling.

What you'll do

  • Work with Marketing and Business Development teams to build strong demand generation campaigns
  • Run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation, to pitching the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals, with guidance & support from our senior team and Head of Sales
  • Focus on targeting the world's leading and most recognisable brand name clients
  • Report on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target
  • Manage the growth of the global portfolio client base, including upselling and cross selling YOOBIC products
  • Work with Customer Implementation, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to assist in the implementation and adoption of our solution by our clients

Preferred Experience

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven SaaS sales experience working in a hunter-focused/ net-new business role managing a full sales cycle
  • Experience in selling complex/ multi-solution SaaS products; Retail Tech experience a nice to have
  • Consistent track record of achievement throughout your sales career
  • Good understanding of the brands and retailer space, and the challenges they face advantageous
  • Skilled communicator who can quickly build champion relationships up to C-level
  • Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies, and keen to build something new
  • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease
  • Think commercially and be able to creatively spot opportunities
  • Self-starter and self-motivated mentality with passion for driving growth
  • Thirst to learn and eagerness to develop your skills, in addition to receiving feedback well and turning it into positive results
  • Act as a mentor for more junior members of the team
  • Native/ fluent English language skills. Additional fluent language skills always welcomed in our international environment
