Job Description

What you will do

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team in our London Headquarters.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the development, creation and execution of our digital marketing strategy. These include but are not limited to:
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Retargeting campaigns
    • Google Adwords / PPC campaigns
  • Create engaging and compelling landing pages and ads for all marketing campaigns across different territories and regions
  • Implement A/B testing techniques to improve acquisition and conversion of landing pages and ads
  • Identify areas of improvement in the website and use SEO techniques to improve rankings and implement local search engine marketing campaigns
  • Develop KPIs to track the performance of growth initiatives and digital marketing campaigns over time
  • Work in collaboration with other teams to run campaigns on the digital channels you are managing
  • Have management responsibility over junior members of the team, providing them with guidance and support, as well as assessing their performance and coaching them towards improvement

Preferred Experience

What you will bring

  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Strong verbal and numerical skills with great attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter who is adaptable to new challenges
  • Multi-tasker with ability to juggle many projects
  • Ability to adapt fast and work within an international environment
  • Experience in PPC, SEM, SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
  • Experience working with design applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to adapt fast and work within an international environment
  • English native or bilingual
  • Fluency in another European language highly desirable
