YOOBIC was founded in 2014 by three brothers, Fabrice, Gilles and Avi Haiat, who have worked together for 15+ years.

The brothers are experienced entrepreneurs, having previously launched three start-ups including Vizelia, which focused on the monitoring of energy consumption and was acquired by Schneider Electric in 2010. We currently have a team of about 100 people working with clients across the globe.

At YOOBIC, there are 17 different nationalities and more than 10 different languages are spoken in our offices! YOOBIC has offices in London, New York City, Paris and Tel Aviv and is fully backed by two of the most prestigious European and American VC firms, Felix Capital and Insight Partners.

What you will do

We’re looking for a process driven and creative sales person to join our growing EMEA Team. You will be joining our team of experienced sales people in London who have built and run successful startup sales teams before.

What we are looking for

What you’ll do day to day:

  • You will work with Marketing and Business Development to build strong lead gen / demand gen campaigns.
  • You will run the full sales process within your territory - from pipeline creation, to pitching the YOOBIC solution, to negotiating pricing and closing deals, with guidance & support from the CRO and Head of Sales.
  • You will report on your deals weekly and forecast your pipeline to a quarterly target.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • You have worked in a full cycle sales role(s) for 2 years minimum.
  • You will have consistently hit target in your previous sales roles and can show evidence of this.
  • You will be passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies and keen to build something new.
  • You will understand new concepts quickly and possess the ability to explain them with ease.
  • You will think commercially and be able to creatively spot opportunities.
  • You will show evidence of excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You will be a self starter and passionate about driving growth into a new market.
  • You will have a thirst to learn and develop your skills and take feedback well.
  • You will be an English native or fluent English speaker and have experience selling into the UK market.
  • You will thrive at building new relationships.

Preferable skills

  • You will have worked in business development in your early sales career.
  • You will be data driven and understand the concept of a numbers driven pipeline.
  • You will have used Salesforce or a similar CRM before.
  • You will have worked in the retail space and have good contacts within the UK market.
