Job Description

What we need...
We are looking for a Talent/Recruitment Sourcer to join our London Headquarters.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be responsible for utilizing different channels to search for talented candidates, reach passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future positions. You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates significant contribution to YOOBIC DNA and goals.

What you'll do...

  • Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
  • Draft and send recruiting emails to candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and determine position prerequisites
  • Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures
  • Create talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Measure conversion rates which includes the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
  • Request for referrals from current workers and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms
  • Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System

Preferred Experience

What you have...

  • BA/BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Keen, hungry and ready to learn
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively
  • Outstanding time-management skills
  • Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required
  • Quick decision making abilities
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages welcome!)
  • ...Extra dose of awesome if you have previous experience as a Talent Sourcer (or in a similar role)

*Please note this is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the potential to extend/become permenant *
