YOOBIC is a Digital Workplace for frontline teams enabling companies to empower their employees, wherever they are, through digitally optimised communication, microlearning and task management. The YOOBIC platform gives frontline teams all the tools they need to be happy and productive, in the palm of their hands

Based in London, New York, Paris, Tel Aviv and Milan with over 100 employees, YOOBIC is used by 200+ brands and retailers across the world, including Peloton, Boots (Walgreens Boots Alliance), Lacoste, Peugeot, Domino’s Pizza, Puma, and Kenzo.

What we need…
YOOBIC is entering a period of accelerated global growth and requires a high-impact HR leader to define & scale the culture, infrastructure, processes and employer brand messaging that will help establish YOOBIC as the global go-to solution for the mobile deskless workforce.

People represent a huge investment area for us and the business will continue to grow at pace. (even more so now with our Series C fundraise), the VP People will initially focus on defining and expressing the cultural framework of the company to ensure the values & behaviours that matter within the company are consistent world-wide. The VP People will have a mandate to structure the People function in support of the overall growth strategy, paying particular attention to areas such as culture, learning & development, organisational development (including career pathing), employee experience and efficient people operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP People will play a key role in the executive leadership of the business and will interact heavily with all the functional teams.

What you'll do…

  • Be a key member of the executive team, contributing to company strategy and operational execution
  • Further define and articulate the company culture, creating a foundation that underpins continued scaling of the business
  • Define the employee value proposition, ensuring unified benefits globally to give a “One YOOBIC” experience for team members regardless of location. Create a strategy that will enable YOOBIC to compete for the best talent on a global basis, in particular: London, Paris, New York and Tel Aviv
  • Establish and apply consistency to core People processes such as performance management, engagement, skills development etc
  • Create and implement a compelling people strategy to establish YOOBIC as the leading deskless workforce solution provider in the market.
  • Develop and implement a plan for a future-oriented company infrastructure that can support the overall strategy of the business: for example org design including levelling, career paths.
  • Build the HR team to align with the business strategy and ensure that more strategic & added-value capabilities are added to the team to complement the existing transactional qualities
  • Put together a recruitment strategy and enhance team performance to ensure company headcount growth targets are met

  • Humility, integrity and passion.
  • Business level English is mandatory. Ideally multi-lingual.
