Job Description

*The Role *

YOOBIC is looking for a process driven and creative VP Sales – North America. This person will join our new and quickly expanding office in New York. You will be joining our team of experienced sales people across the world, with leaders who have built and run successful start up sales teams before.

The Role involves being a big part of the future of YOOBIC. The successful candidate will have a huge impact on the future of the team and the company, and your success will help shape the success of the company as we continue to drive our growth both in the US and across the world.

What you will do

• Define and implement sales strategies across the North American market
• Drive execution of these sales strategies across the North American sales team, ensuring processes and metrics are in place to hit and exceed revenue and growth targets
• Recruit and retain a successful and driven sales team around you
• Play an active part in the sales processes of your team, approaching the role with a lead from the front perspective
• Report on weekly and monthly sales forecasts to the global leadership team, driving forecast accuracy and pipeline tracking within the team
• Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team, evangelising the need for account planning and repeatable sales processes
• Maintain high level of industry knowledge, best practices and developments within our target markets
• Identify resource needs in collaboration with CEO, and develop business cases to support the changes required to support business growth
• Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships with internal teams, fostering an environment of striving to achieve company wide goals

What you’ll bring to the team

• Experience working in a Sales Leadership focused positions, combining full sales cycles personally as well as team management and leadership
• Consistent track record of achievement throughout sales career
• Passion for start ups, entrepreneurship, digital and new technologies and desire and drive to build something new
• Experience in execution of defined and repeatable sales strategies and methodologies
• Self starter and self motivated mentality, with passion for driving growth
• Successful execution of complex sales cycles within complex buying structures
• Proven record of growing regional revenue
• Ability to sell into C-Level decision makes at some of the largest brands in the world
