Your Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and contributing to the sustainable growth of our product portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Development, Design, Marketing, Pre-sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Customer Support to align product initiatives with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

  • Knowledge Mastery: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Yoobic's products and services. Serve as the primary expert across our product range to support operational teams in addressing inquiries on product functionality.

  • Discovery: Utilize product development methodologies to translate product strategy into detailed requirements. Elicit requirements from various stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and company executives.

  • Prioritization: Participate in product prioritization activities based on business and customer impact.

  • Delivery: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality functional solutions.

  • Launch: Ensure successful product launches by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and collaborating closely with product marketing and support teams.

  • Support: Take ownership of tier-3 escalated issues, conducting thorough troubleshooting and investigatory work prior to escalation, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Tracking:Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze product usage and assess the impact of released features on overall success metrics.

What You Have:

  • Technical and/or analytical education (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Economics).

  • Background in Product Management with a proven track record of successful product launches and optimizations.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
