What you'll be doing: As the Senior Salesforce Administrator you will be a critical member of our Sales Operations team, responsible for optimizing and managing our Salesforce and HubSpot systems. Your extensive experience with Salesforce, coupled with a strong background in automation, continuous improvement, and change management, will enable you to streamline our sales and marketing processes and drive the growth of our SaaS business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer teams, to enhance system functionalities, improve data accuracy, and drive process efficiency. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.We are open to hearing from candidates in London or Paris. 

What we need: 

Tech stack Administration:

- Customize and configure Salesforce, HubSpot, 6Sense, Gong, Discern and SalesLoft to meet specific business needs.

- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and security settings.

- Implement custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to enhance system capabilities.

Automation and Continuous Improvement:

- Develop and implement automated processes within Salesforce and HubSpot to improve team productivity and efficiency.

- Identify areas for process improvement and proactively implement enhancements to optimize workflows.

- Utilize automation tools and features to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance data integrity.

Change Management:

- Lead change management initiatives related to Salesforce and HubSpot system updates or implementations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, create communication plans, and provide training to users.

Data Management and Reporting:

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and HubSpot databases.

- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide insights into key sales and marketing metrics.

- Analyze data trends to support data-driven decision-making.

SaaS Experience and Integration:

- Utilize your understanding of the SaaS business model to optimize Salesforce for our unique needs.

- Integrate Salesforce and HubSpot with other SaaS tools and systems as required.Qualifications and Skills:

    • Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201 or equivalent).
    • Strong background in automation and process improvement initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage change and train users effectively.
    • Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration with Salesforce and any marketing automation tool.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (ADM 211 or equivalent).
    • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
    • Knowledge of data migration and integration tools.
    • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
